For product help, bugs, feature requests, plugin feedback, or account requests, use GitHub Issues. The DexThemes plugin can prepare a prefilled issue, but it never posts one without you reviewing GitHub's form.
Include
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened and what you expected.
- Your platform and whether you used the website, Codex plugin, or API.
- Minimal reproduction steps and non-sensitive screenshots when useful.
Do not include
Never post OAuth tokens, API keys, cookies, private repository content, hidden prompts, private emails, or other personal data. For an account or privacy request, open a minimal issue without private details so identity verification can continue through GitHub.
